在投掷教学的最初阶段,学生不能掌握正确的技术动作,仅靠手臂的力量投掷器械,动作既不美观,又影响了运动成绩,这是一个非常普遍而又较难解决的问题。我在刚开始从事教学工作时,也曾为此烦恼,后来经过钻研教材教法,多方请教,对学生投掷动作进行认真细致的观察,又在教学工作中反复实践,不断探索,最后发现问题出在学生进行投掷练习时,没有全身协调用力。另外,运动营养品在训练过程中的合理使用,是我们取得良好的训练效果的基础保障,对于提高学生的身体素质和训练后的恢复也有促进作用。因此本文将先浅谈投掷项目的协调用力,然后结合运动营养补充手段,阐述如何对投掷项目进行科学化训练。
In the initial stage of throwing teaching, students can not grasp the correct technical actions.
