女,54岁,1987年3月15日入院。87年3月12日突然后背前胸呈带状疼痛,次日左上肢麻木,双下肢无力,左下肢重,尿便潴留伴右上半身及右面部多汗。高血压病2年,病前无感冒史。平素身体健康。查体:血压21.3/13.3KPa,眼底呈高血压Ⅱ期改变,余颅神经正常,肌力左下肢2级,Babinski 氏征阳性,右肌力4～5级,腱反射中性,胸6以下分离性感觉障碍即深感觉存
