研制了用于防止电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪气动雾化器毛细管堵塞的进样装置。该装置由一根底端封闭的,侧壁开有一定数量微孔的薄壁塑料毛细管,套接于ICP-AES气动雾化器输样毛细管的末端构成。较有效地解决了使用气动雾化器进样时,样品溶液中非溶解物造成的气动雾化器毛细管的堵塞问题。
A sample injection device was developed for preventing capillary blockage of the capillaries of an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer. The device consists of a closed-bottom, thin-walled plastic capillary with a certain number of micropores in the side wall, which is sleeved on the end of the ICP-AES pneumatic atomizer capillaries. More effectively solved the use of pneumatic atomizer injection, the sample solution caused by non-dissolved aerosol capillary plugging problems.
