目的:探讨丹参对糖尿病大鼠牙槽骨骨代谢及骨量变化的影响,以研究其对糖尿病导致的牙槽骨骨质疏松是否有抑制作用。方法:腹腔注射四氧嘧啶促使糖尿病大鼠形成,待血糖稳定并观察1周后应用丹参进行治疗观察。8周后所有大鼠禁食12 h后将大鼠处死,即刻空腹采血进行血糖及骨代谢指标测定。同时取大鼠的下颌牙槽骨固定进行骨密度(BMD)测定,并制作硬组织切片进行组织形态学观察。结果:糖尿病大鼠骨代谢指标出现不同程度异常,骨密度显著降低,经丹参治疗后症状有所缓解,各项指标得到改善,骨密度相应增高。结论:丹参对糖尿病大鼠早期的牙槽骨骨质疏松有一定的抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of radix salviae miltiorrhizae on alveolar bone metabolism and bone mass changes in diabetic rats to investigate whether it has an inhibitory effect on the osteoporosis of alveolar bone caused by diabetes mellitus. Methods: Alloxan was intraperitoneally injected to induce the formation of diabetic rats. When blood glucose was stable, the rats were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza for one week. After 8 weeks, all rats were fasted for 12 h and then sacrificed. Fasting blood was collected for determination of blood glucose and bone metabolism index. At the same time, the mandibular alveolar bone was fixed for bone mineral density (BMD) determination, and hard tissue sections were made for histological observation. Results: The indexes of bone metabolism in diabetic rats showed different degrees of abnormalities, the bone mineral density was significantly reduced, the symptoms were relieved after treatment with Salvia miltiorrhiza, the indexes were improved and the bone mineral density increased accordingly. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza can inhibit the early alveolar osteoporosis in diabetic rats.
