目的:研究四物汤及其活性单体芍药苷和川芎嗪对辐射致血虚证小鼠的补血作用。方法:采用3.5Gy60Coγ射线全身1次性照射制备小鼠血虚证模型,外周血白细胞计数,骨髓集落细胞培养,计数CFU-GM、BFU-E、CFU-E、CFU-mix,测定胸腺指数和脾指数。结果:四物汤10g/kg、芍药苷26.5 mg/kg和川芎嗪11.0 mg/kg均显著升高血虚证小鼠外周血白细胞数量和骨髓集落细胞数量,四物汤显著提高胸腺指数;四物汤和川芎嗪显著提高脾指数。结论:四物汤、芍药苷和川芎嗪均具有补血作用,其中四物汤作用最显著,川芎嗪对脾指数的恢复作用最显著。
Objective: To study the effect of Siwu Decoction and its active monomers paeoniflorin and tetramethylpyrazine on blood-invigorating mice induced by radiation. Methods: The model of blood deficiency in mice was established by 3.5Gy60Coγ-ray whole body irradiation. The peripheral blood leukocyte count, bone marrow cell count, CFU-GM, BFU-E, CFU-E and CFU- Spleen index. Results: Siwu Decoction 10g / kg, paeoniflorin 26.5 mg / kg and ligustrazine 11.0 mg / kg significantly increased peripheral blood leukocytes and bone marrow cells in mice with blood deficiency syndrome, Siwu Tang significantly increased thymus index; Wu Tang and ligustrazine significantly increased spleen index. Conclusion: Siwu decoction, paeoniflorin and ligustrazine both have the effect of blood enrichment, of which Siwu Tang has the most significant effect, and ligustrazine has the most obvious effect on the recovery of spleen index.
