随着我国经济的飞速发展以及社会主义现代化建设的逐步完善,我国各大院校毕业生面临的就业压力越来越大,就业难问题已经成为了制约社会发展建设的最重要的问题。高职生是我国培养专业优秀人才的摇篮,是为社会主义社会输送人才的主要渠道。但是据调查数据显示,现如今我国的高职院校毕业生数量逐年增多,就业率却呈下滑趋势,毕业生的就业竞争力不强。究其原因主要在于大多数毕业生对自身专业掌握不精通,无法实现与企业单位用人标准的有效契合,学校在人才培养过程中也没有重视学生的自身特点和未来定位,造成了大批毕业生没有稳定工作,就业问题显著加剧。为了切实改变这一现状,提升我国高职院校毕业生的就业率,我们一定要明确了解学生的特点,结合他们的学习实际展开教育,培养出符合社会需要的高素质人才。

In order to effectively change this situation and enhance the employment rate of graduates in higher vocational colleges in China, we must definitely understand the characteristics of the students, start with their actual learning and educate them, and cultivate highly qualified personnel that meet the needs of society.
