本文分析了压力穿孔时的金属变形,研究了变形区孔型真实曲面方程。利用离散片元法和广义牛顿法确定了作用在预穿孔区和穿孔延伸区的轧制力。计算结果同工业实验结果进行了对比,证明本文的理论分析是可靠的。其结果对压力穿孔机强度设计提供了依据。
In this paper, the deformation of metal under pressure perforation is analyzed and the true surface equation of the hole type in deformation zone is studied. The rolling force acting on the pre-perforated area and the perforated extension area is determined by using the discrete piecewise element method and the generalized Newton method. The calculated results are compared with those of industrial experiments, which proves that the theoretical analysis in this paper is reliable. The result provides a basis for the design of the strength of the press piercer.
