综采面支架液压系统的压力损失主要由支架主供液系统的压力损失和支架液压系统的压力损失组成。分析了支架主供液系统和支架液压系统,确定了各项参数,对两部分的压力损失进行理论与AMESim仿真分析,得出综采面支架液压系统的压力损失主要在关键阀上,减小关键阀压力损失对减小支架液压系统的压力损失有事半功倍的效果。
