被工业污染的开泰河对沿岸居民健康状况的影响及水样的致突变性调查表明:在被污染的水源中有超剂量的重金属镉、砷、锶、汞、铬及有机磷酯类等。河水污染越严重,患恶性肿瘤的死亡率越高。小鼠骨髓染色体畸变率实验表明,河水污染程度越高,异常细胞率及染色体畸变率越高(P<0.01)。初步认为:开泰河水有较强的诱变作用
Investigation of the impact of industrial pollution on the health status of coastal residents and the mutagenicity of water samples showed that there were overdose of heavy metals such as cadmium, arsenic, strontium, mercury, chromium and organophosphorus esters in polluted water sources . The more serious river pollution, the higher the mortality rate of malignant tumors. Experiments on bone marrow chromosome aberrations in mice showed that the higher the degree of river pollution, the higher the abnormal cell rate and chromosome aberration rate (P <0.01). Preliminary view: Kai Tai River water has a strong mutagenic effect
