天然气在输送过程中不免杂有少量液体,因此原则上属于两相流动。在用单块孔板进行测量时,孔板两面的差压既反映了气流量也反映了液流量。本文根据过去的分相处理经验公式,从理论上推导出在不同条件下气流量的差压在总差压中所占比例的计算公式。运用这些公式,可以估算天然气一相的流量。本文还分析了管道压力和液气流量比等对测量计算的影响和以孔板两面的差压估算天然气流量的误差问题。
Natural gas in the delivery process is inevitable with a small amount of mixed liquid, so in principle belong to the two-phase flow. When using a single orifice plate to measure, the differential pressure on both sides of the orifice reflects both the flow rate and the flow rate. Based on the past empirical formula of phase-separation treatment, this paper theoretically deduces the calculation formula of the proportion of the differential pressure in the total differential pressure under different conditions. Using these formulas, one can estimate the flow of natural gas. The paper also analyzes the influence of pipeline pressure and liquid-gas flow ratio on the measurement and calculation and the error of natural gas flow rate estimated by the differential pressure on both sides of the orifice plate.
