The author in the exploration of male infertility non-endocrine therapy, coenzyme Q_ (10) treatment of 39 cases of oligozoospermia caused by male infertility patients with satisfactory results. The success rate of pregnancy after treatment was 17.9% (7/39 cases). The improvement rate of sperm concentration and sperm motility rate more than 2 times before treatment was 28.3% (11/39 cases), the total effective rate was 46.2% (18 / 39 cases). In order to clarify the mechanism of coenzyme Q_ (10) treatment of male infertility, the author discussed the relationship between coenzyme Q_ (10) and sperm motility from the perspective of biochemistry. He observed under the electron microscope human ATPase activity of sperm main sperm head acrosome
