任南琪教授,博士生导师,生于1959年3月,入选国家“百千万人才工程”一、二层次;王宝贞教授,博士生导师,生于1932年4月,国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员。任南琪和王宝贞教授开创了有机废水发酵法生物制氢技术,该研究始于1990年,期间曾得到国家自然科学基金委资助(1992~1994年),并被列为黑龙江省“九五”科技攻关重大项目(1997~1999年)和国家973重点基础研究项目(2000~2004年)。目前在理论上取得重大突破,居国际领先水平,小试成果1995年获黑龙江省科技进步二等奖。中试研究成果2000年1月通过省级鉴定,2001年1月4日由485位中国科学院和中国工程院院士评选为“2000年中国十大科技进展新闻”之一。经过10年的不懈努力,他们开发的这项具有我国自主知识产权的高新技术、系统设备与高效菌株已具备了产业化条件。该研究在以下方面均为创新:(1)首创利用厌氧活性污泥中产氢发酵菌(混合菌)制取氢
Professor Ren Nanqi, a doctoral tutor, was born in March 1959 and was named one or two tiers of the “Talents Project of Talents”. Professor Wang Baozhen, a doctoral tutor, was born in April 1932 and is a member of the Disciplinary Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council member. Ren Nanqi and Professor Wang Baoshen pioneered the biohydrogen production technology of organic wastewater fermentation. The research started in 1990 with the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (1992-1994) and was listed as “Heilongjiang Province” Major scientific and technological project (1997 ~ 1999) and the state's 973 key basic research projects (2000 ~ 2004). Currently made major breakthroughs in theory, ranking the international advanced level, a small test results in 1995 by Heilongjiang province science and technology progress prize two. The results of pilot studies passed the provincial appraisal in January 2000 and was appraised as one of “Top Ten Scientific and Technological Progress News of China in 2000” by 485 Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering on January 4, 2001. After 10 years of unremitting efforts, they have developed this with our own intellectual property rights of high-tech, system equipment and efficient strains already have the industrialization conditions.
