In recent years, many different physical models have been established to explain the physical mechanism for the electromagnetic and plasma phenomena observed at various levels, such as the near surface, the atmosphere, and the ionosphere, in the earthquake zone. Due to the lack of sufficient experimental data, all models are based on certain assumptions. In order to establish a perfect model, the data collected in different locations, different time and different types of earthquakes must be used. The PREVENTION project (Comprehensive Observations of Volcano Eruptions and Notable Tremors Integral Observe, volcano eruptions and precursors of significant shocks) seeks to establish an integrated geophysical Observatory in Guerrero, Mexico, one of the most seismic-sensitive areas in Mexico, Multi-level observations from the ground to the air were conducted to obtain simultaneous multi-parameter data to directly test the existing seismic-ionospheric coupled model. The second test site will be built near the Popocatepetl volcano to study the relationship between volcanic activity and ionospheric effects. This article shows the meaning and content of the Integrated Geophysical Observatory.
