为解决普遍存在但不易观察的沥青路面施工过程中的温度离析现象,通过运用现代化技术对碾压过程中的沥青混合料温度进行了自动连续式测量,同步与已有的研究成果进行数据对比,及时获取温度离析存在区域和离析等级,采用合适的施工工法对温度离析区域进行实时反馈指导作业,有效的控制了温度离析发生程度。该系统成功在工程实体中应用证明了该系统能够有效缓解温度离析造成的沥青路面质量问题。
In order to solve the phenomenon of ubiquitous but difficult to observe temperature segregation during asphalt pavement construction, the automatic and continuous measurement of temperature of asphalt mixture in the process of rolling by using modern technology was carried out. The data were compared with the existing research results synchronously. Timely obtain the temperature segregation existing area and the segregation level, adopt appropriate construction methods to conduct real-time feedback guidance work on the temperature segregation area, and effectively control the degree of temperature segregation. The successful application of the system to engineering entities proves that the system can effectively alleviate the asphalt pavement quality problems caused by temperature segregation.
