随着经济社会的快速发展,现有技能人才伍在数量、结构、质量等方面出现了不相适应的盾。据调查,目前山西省阳泉市共有各类技能人14.6万人,占一线技术岗位职工总数的35.8%,中高级技师430人、技师3954人、高级工31128人高技能人才占技术工人比重为8.65%,技能人特别是一线操作层面的熟练技工和高技能人才重不足,远远低于发达国家(地区)35%的比例,与内先进城市相比也有较大差距。
With the rapid economic and social development, there are incompatible shields in terms of quantity, structure and quality of existing skilled personnel. According to the survey, there are currently 146,000 skilled workers in Yangquan City, Shanxi Province, accounting for 35.8% of the total number of workers in first-line technical positions, 430 senior and middle-ranking technicians, 3954 technicians, and 31,128 senior skilled workers as senior technical workers, accounting for 8.65% %. Skilled workers, especially skilled workers and highly skilled workers at first-line operations, are under-represented by far, far below the 35% of developed countries (regions), and there is a big gap from the advanced cities.
