目的:优选出牛蒡子药材醇提液经树脂纯化的最佳工艺条件。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定牛蒡苷的含量,用树脂吸附率、解析率为指标考查大孔吸附树脂对牛蒡苷的吸附行为。结果:D101树脂对牛蒡苷提取液纯化最优,上样液牛蒡苷浓度为28.69 g.L-1,洗脱流速3 BV.h-1,用蒸馏水5 BV洗脱,然后用30%乙醇10 BV洗脱,收集洗脱液,浓缩、干燥,即得到牛蒡苷总苷。结论:该方法简单、可行,能够用来富集纯化牛蒡子中牛蒡苷。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the optimum conditions for the purification of Arctium lappa L. alcohol extract by resin. Methods: The content of arctiin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The sorption behavior of arctiin by macroporous resin was investigated by the resin adsorption rate and resolution ratio. Results: The results showed that the optimal content of arctiin extract was D101 resin. The content of arctiin was 28.69 gL-1, the flow rate was 3 BV.h-1, eluted with 5 BV of distilled water and then washed with 10 BV of ethanol Off, collecting eluate, concentration, drying, that is, to obtain the total glycosides glycosides. Conclusion: This method is simple and feasible and can be used to enrich the arctiin in the purification of Arctium lappa.
