目的 在COVID-19疫情背景下,探讨抑郁情绪对00后大学生学业自我效能感的影响及其内在机制.方法 采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、学业自我效能感问卷、青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)对491名00后大学生进行调查.结果 抑郁情绪负向预测00后大学生的学业自我效能感;时间管理倾向中介抑郁情绪与学业自我效能感的关系;焦虑情绪调节抑郁情绪对学业自我效能感的影响.结论 抑郁情绪直接负向预测并通过时间管理倾向间接预测学业自我效能感;抑郁情绪对学业自我效能感的影响强度受制于焦虑情绪水平.“,”Objective Under the background of COVID-19 epidemic,this study was aimed to explore the influence of depression on academic self-efficacy and its internal mechanisms among college students born after the year of 2000. Methods 491 participants completed the self-rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), academic self-efficacy scale and adolescence time management disposition scale (ATMD). Results Depression negatively predicted the academic self-efficacy of post-00s college students; the relationship between depression and academic selfefficacy was mediated by time management tendency; anxiety moderated the relationship between depression and academic self-efficacy. Conclusion Depression negatively predicted the academic self-efficacy directly and predicted academic self-efficacy indirectly through time management tendency; the influence of depression on academic self-efficacy is limited by anxiety level.
