结论 精神分裂症患者存在前瞻性记忆的损伤,以TBPM和EBPM更为突出,而ABPM损害较轻.“,”Objective To systematically evaluate the characteristics of prospective memory (PM) impairment in patients with schizophrenia through meta-analysis. Methods The search time was from the establishment of the database to August 28, 2019. The randomized controlled trial studies on prospective memory of patients with schizophrenia were searched in PubMed, Embase, CNKI and other databases. After the data were extracted, the Newcastle-Ottawa scale (NOS) conduct a methodological assessment of literature quality. RevMan 5.2 software was used to summarize and analyze the data included in the literature. Results This study included 19 case-control studies (n=1 553), comparing the prospective memory impairment of patients with schizophrenia (n=823) and healthy controls (n=730). The results of the meta-analysis showed that patients with schizophrenia had timebased prospective memory (TBPM), [SMD: -1.12 (95% CI: -1.30, -0.95), P<0.001; I2=60%] ; event-based Prospective memory (EBPM), [SMD: -1.07 (95%CI: -1.25, -0.89), P<0.001; I2=65%] and overall PM [SMD: -1.64 (95%CI: -2.11,- 1.18), P<0.001; I2=87%] the difference between the standard mean difference and the healthy control group is statistically significant. Compared with the healthy control group, activity-based prospective memory (ABPM) did not reach significant [SMD: -0.52 (95% CI: -1.07, 0.03), P<0.06; I2=74%] . Conclusion Patients with schizophrenia have prospective memory impairment, TBPM and EBPM are more prominent, while ABPM damage is less.
