目的 探索准大学生对心理健康教育认知的现状及特点,为高校制定更有针对性的保护大学新生心理健康教育措施提供参考.方法 通过抽样调查的方式,对520例准大学生发放问卷进行调查.结果 在性别、民族、生源地、是否有住校经历及寄养经历等人口学变量上存在显著差异;准大学生领悟社会支持与应对倾向间存在显著相关.结论 在新生入学教育中应加大心理健康教育宣传力度,注重个体差异以制定有效的教育计划,领悟社会支持能力和问题应对倾向对大学生心理健康动态发展具有持续性的调节作用.“,”Objective To explore the present situation and characteristics of prospective college students\'\' cognition of mental health education, to provide reference for colleges and universities to formulate more targeted measures to protect the mental health education of freshmen .Methods By the way of sampling survey, 520 prospective college students were investigated by questionnaire. Results There were significant differences in demographic variables, such as gender, nationality, origin, residence and foster care; there was a significant correlation between perceived social support and coping tendency. Conclusion In the freshmen\'\'s entrance education, we should strengthen the propaganda of mental health education, pay attention to individual differences in order to formulate effective education plans. Understanding the ability of social support and the tendency of problem coping have a continuous regulating effect on the dynamic development of college students\'\' mental health.
