数控加工仿真是CAD/CAM技术中的关键技术,是数控技术,仿真技术与虚拟现实技术等先进技术的交叉应用。实际数控加工过程中,常常为了校验数控程序的正确性,需进行一次或多次试切,同时数控加工参数也需要不断调试,直到确认数控程序能够完成预定的加工要求。这样不仅浪费资源、效率低下,而且可能因操作过程中的碰撞或干涉等问题造成经济损失。数控加工过程仿真则可以很好地解决以上问题。
NC machining simulation is the key technology in CAD / CAM technology, which is the cross application of advanced technology such as numerical control technology, simulation technology and virtual reality technology. In the actual CNC machining process, one or more trial cutting is often required in order to check the correctness of the NC program. At the same time, the CNC machining parameters also need to be constantly debugged until the NC program can be confirmed to complete the predetermined machining requirements. This not only wastes resources, is inefficient, and may cause economic losses due to collisions or interference in the operation. CNC machining process simulation can be a good solution to the above problems.
