目的:对黄芪属4个亚属7种植物根进行系统的生药学研究,为其鉴别及开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用生药学常用实验方法和HPLC技术对这些植物样品药用部位根的性状、显微鉴别和HPLC化学成分图谱进行研究。结果:7种黄芪属植物的根横切面、粉末特征、化学成分之间有一定的差异。结论:该研究为黄芪属植物的进一步深入研究提供了实验基础。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically conduct pharmacognosy research on seven plant roots of four subfamilies of Astragalus, providing a scientific basis for their identification and exploitation. Methods: The root morphology, microscopic identification and HPLC chemical composition of the medicinal parts of these plant samples were studied by the common experimental methods and HPLC techniques of crude drugs. Results: There were some differences in root cross-section, powder characteristics and chemical composition of seven kinds of Astragalus. Conclusion: This study provides the experimental basis for further study of Astragalus.
