激励机制是成校管理的重要手段之一。运用激励机制的目的就是要引发或强化教职工群体的正确动机,激发教职工群体的自觉性、进取精神和创造性,充分调动和发挥全体教职工的主观能动性。它有利于成校管理目标的实现;有利于成校工作正常、有序的开展;有利于成校办学质量和办学效益的提高。诚然,激励机制是否有效,一方面取决于决策者是否找到了能诱导教职工及其群体进行工作质量与产品质量的创造,并较好地完成
