近几年来,随着我国经济体制的深入改革,人们的生活水平逐步提高,对粮油食品的营养品质与新鲜度提出了更高的要求。同时,随着我国食品工业的迅速发展,也需要供给质量好的粮油原料,这就给粮油贮藏工作者提出了新任务。在此形势下,低温贮粮保鲜技术在当今就愈来愈受到粮油贮粮工作者重视并得到日益广泛的应用。
In recent years, with the in-depth reform of China’s economic system, people’s living standards have been gradually raised, putting higher requirements on the nutritional quality and freshness of grain and oil products. At the same time, with the rapid development of China’s food industry, it is also necessary to supply raw materials of grain and oil with good quality, which sets a new task for grain and oil storage workers. Under such circumstance, the technology of low-temperature grain storage has been paid more and more attention by grain-oil storage workers today and has been widely used.
