在曲轴磨床的工作台上.头架的位置一般是固定不动的。调整装夹工件长短的位置都是靠移动尾架来实现的,而固定尾架是通过两只“L”形螺钉。由于这种“L”形螺钉有一定的缺陷,上工作台中间槽的内壁直角处易被“L”形螺钉拉崩(见图1),造成“L”形螺钉钩不住中间槽,严重地影响尾架的定位精度,甚至影响生产。为了改变以上缺陷,把原“L”形螺钉(图2)改成如图3所示的样子。图3的“L”形螺钉与工作台槽内壁的受力面积比改进前“L”形螺钉与工作台槽内壁的受力面积增加
