目的探讨蓝萼香茶菜乙醇提取物蓝萼香茶菜总二萜对小鼠抗凝作用影响。方法将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阳性药物组以及蓝萼香茶菜总二萜组(包括加热回流法和冷浸法)高、中、低剂量组,灌胃给药,连续7 d;通过鼠尾横切法和毛细玻璃管法测定小鼠的凝血时间和出血时间。结果蓝萼香茶菜总二萜(加热回流法、冷浸法)高剂量组小鼠凝血时间分别为(425±13.32)和(559±36.17)s,均长于空白对照组的(201±18.52)s;蓝萼香茶菜总二萜(加热回流法、冷浸法)高剂量组小鼠出血时间分别为(3 308±271.33)和(3 758±184.53)s,均长于空白对照组的(2 094±58.59)s。结论蓝萼香茶菜总二萜剂量依赖性延长小鼠毛细管凝血时间和尾尖出血时间;蓝萼香茶菜总二萜具有抗凝血活性。
Objective To investigate the effect of alcoholic extract of Chaetomium glauca and Chaetomium glaucum total diterpene on anticoagulation in mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into blank control group, positive drug group and total diterpene group (including heating and refluxing method and cold soaking method), medium and low dose group, The clotting time and bleeding time of mice were determined by the method of rat tail transection and capillary glass tube method. Results The clotting time of the total diterpene (heating reflux method, cold soaking method) high dose group were (425 ± 13.32) and (559 ± 36.17) s respectively, both of which were longer than that of the control group (201 ± 18.52 ) s; Bleeding time of high dosing group was (3 308 ± 271.33) and (3 758 ± 184.53) s, respectively, which were longer than that of the blank control group (2 094 ± 58.59) s. Conclusion The total diterpene of Chai Xiang Cha Cha increased the capillaries clotting time and tail bleeding time in a dose-dependent manner. The total diterpene of Chai Xiang Cha Cha showed anticoagulant activity.
