骨科牵引一般要求不易松动,且容易打结和解除。对此,多种专著都介绍了许多有效的方法,但仍觉不便。本人在临床实践中找到一种较有效和更方便的牵引固定方法,介绍如下。取一个1~2.5ml废旧一次性塑料注射器(视所用牵引绳的粗细而定),拔掉活塞部分并冲洗干净。按图1所示剪掉,周边修剪整齐。先将牵引绳穿过注射器,然后牵引绳再穿过牵引架或重物盒,最后将绳头再穿过注射器(逆行),绳头只需打一个结即可。穿绳的顺序和固定后如图2所示。其优点是:(1)方法简便易掌握,材料易取,而且只需打一个结,容易解脱,不浪费牵引绳;(2)固定确实牢固,通过测力计检测在拉力大于30kg状态下,未见任何松动,而一般牵引重量最大是20kg以下(髖关节中心性脱位时的复位重量);(3)外形美观,没有多余

I found in clinical practice more effective and more convenient traction fixation method, described below.
