本文应用Fura-2荧光测定技术,检测9例脐血细胞在ConA、LPS作用下胞浆游离钙离子浓度(cytosolicfreecalciumconcentration[Ca ̄(2+)]i)的改变。结果如下:10μg/mlConA和10μg/mlLPS分别使血细胞[Ca ̄(2+)]i增加1.75±0.59倍及1.64±0.59倍,(P<0.01)但两者的作用比较,无显著差异。本文还对Fura-2荧光测定[Ca ̄(2+)]i的实验条件进行了讨论。
Fura-2 fluorescence assay was used to detect the change of cytosolic free calcium concentration (Ca ~ (2 +)] i in 9 cord blood cells treated with ConA and LPS.
