本文应用Ｆｕｒａ－２荧光测定技术，检测９例脐血细胞在ＣｏｎＡ、ＬＰＳ作用下胞浆游离钙离子浓度（ｃｙｔｏｓｏｌｉｃｆｒｅｅｃａｌｃｉｕｍｃｏｎｃｅｎｔｒａｔｉｏｎ［Ｃａ￣（２＋）］ｉ）的改变。结果如下：１０μｇ／ｍｌＣｏｎＡ和１０μｇ／ｍｌＬＰＳ分别使血细胞［Ｃａ￣（２＋）］ｉ增加１．７５±０．５９倍及１．６４±０．５９倍，（Ｐ＜０．０１）但两者的作用比较，无显著差异。本文还对Ｆｕｒａ－２荧光测定［Ｃａ￣（２＋）］ｉ的实验条件进行了讨论。
Fura-2 fluorescence assay was used to detect the change of cytosolic free calcium concentration (Ca ~ (2 +)] i in 9 cord blood cells treated with ConA and LPS.
