用硅烷偶联剂A-171和天然橡胶胶乳(MGL-30)改性碱处理后的橡胶木粉。研究了木粉粒径、改性剂和木粉质量分数对橡胶木粉填充HDPE复合材料力学性能的影响,并对复合材料的断面形貌和木粉的表面结构进行了SEM分析。结果表明:木粉粒径、改性剂及木粉质量分数对复合材料力学性能有较大的影响。改性后木粉与基体HDPE的界面粘结强度提高,从而有效地提高了复合材料的力学性能。
Alkali-treated rubber wood flour was modified with silane coupling agent A-171 and natural rubber latex (MGL-30). The effects of wood flour particle size, modifier and wood flour mass fraction on the mechanical properties of HDPE composites filled with rubber wood were studied. The morphology of the composites and the surface structure of wood flour were analyzed by SEM. The results show that the particle size, modifier and the mass fraction of wood flour have a great influence on the mechanical properties of the composites. After modification, the interfacial bonding strength of wood flour and matrix HDPE increased, which effectively enhanced the mechanical properties of composites.
