对于一个好的光学零件来说,在镀完增透膜后其表面面形、膜层的干涉色及膜层牢固度均应符合图纸要求。膜层颜色应均匀一致,无论在反射光或透射光中观察均不应有任何所谓“云彩”的斑迹出现。否则,就表明零件的表面在镀膜前已有斑迹存在,没有得到彻底处理。产生这些斑迹的原因主要有二: 1.零件表面在镀膜前暴露于大气中的时间过久,部分表面发生水解,形成极不均匀的二氧化硅膜。2.零件表面有手汗或油渍存在,再加上湿热空气的作用形成了腐蚀斑。这在一般光学工厂中是常见的现象,一些化学稳定性差的光学玻璃出现上述斑迹的情况更为严重,尤其是在南方的霉雨季节,给正常生产带来很多麻烦,有时甚至被迫停产。

Some of the chemically poor optical glasses are more seriously affected by the above-mentioned stains, especially in the southern rainy season, causing many troubles to normal production and sometimes being forced to stop production .
