市场竞争日益激烈,企业面临严峻挑战,企业竞争表现为人力资源的竞争,人力资源竞争成为焦点,企业要在激烈的竞争立于不败之地,并做大、做强,就必须充分发挥员工培训在企业管理中的作用,把员工培训作为提高人力资源储备和企业核心竞争力的重要手段。当前,许多企业已经认识到了员工培训的重要性,开始把员工培训工作作为人力资源开发、提高企业竞争力的重要方法。如何做好员工培训工作并充分发挥其在企业管理中的作用,是目前企业不得不面对的重要课题,本文就企业的员工培训状况、存在的问题、以及如何发挥作用,浅谈几点认识。
