当今时代是科技竞争的时代,而竞争的成败往往取决于人们能否合作。小学数学课堂教学中,教师组织师生间互动、同桌间互动、小组间互动,培养学生的合作意识、合作能力,有助于提高课堂教学效益,也就是在课堂教学中给学生提供参与机会、自主探索机会和成功的机会,让学生通过观察、操作、分析、讨论、交流、猜测、合作等方式,自己发现或提出数学问题,并创造性地加以解决。这样才能使学生将课堂上的知识目标转化为自己的知识储备。现结合我在课堂教学中组织的互动教学,谈几点体会。
