Punishing, as a negative educational tool, is an information feedback mode that restricts, standardizes and leads people's words and deeds. It forms two aspects of incentive mechanism together with rewards. Anything that imparts moderate anxiety and distress to the individual's inner experience, constraints, and all stimuli that affect the individual's behavior are penalized. Psychological studies show that: a certain degree of fear and anxiety, remorse and guilt feelings are the source of human inner force.
