井下巷道支护中,工字钢棚支护应用广泛。对于弯曲变形工字钢,传统的工字钢回收方法费时、费力且效率低,往往会被现场丢弃,致使工字钢丢失严重。针对传统工字钢回收方法的缺陷,笔者提出了将前混合磨料射流技术应用于切割回收压弯工字钢的一种方法。试验结果可知,该方法适应性强、技术可靠,完全能够适应井下各种复杂工况,并在符合井下安全生产标准的同时,提高了工字钢回收效率。
Downhole roadway support, I-beam steel shed support a wide range of applications. For bending deformation of the I-beam, the traditional I-beam recovery time-consuming, laborious and inefficient, often discarded on-site, resulting in serious loss of I-beam. Aiming at the defect of the traditional I-beam recovery method, the author puts forward a method of applying the pre-mixed abrasive jet technology to cutting and recovering the bent-type I-beam. The test results show that this method has strong adaptability and reliable technology, can fully adapt to all kinds of complex working conditions in underground well, and meets the underground safety production standards and improves the recovery efficiency of I-beam.
