使用电子顺磁共振仪,在深低温条件下检测受紫外线照射和正常免角膜内的自由基信号。结果显示,从受紫外线照射和正常免角膜内均获得明显的自由基信号,受照射角膜比正常角膜的自由基含量明显增高(P<0.01),并有新的自由基信号产生。这种变化可能在急性电光性眼炎的的发生、发展过程中起了重要作用。
Electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy was used to detect free radical signals in the cornea that were exposed to ultraviolet light and normal to deep hypothermia. The results showed that the free radical signals were significantly higher than that of the normal cornea (P <0.01), and there was a new generation of free radical signal. This change may play an important role in the occurrence and development of acute electro-optic ophthalmia.
