以Al2(SO4)3.18H2O和NH3.H2O为原料,采用湿化学沉淀法制备了-γAl2O3纳米粉,探讨了制备条件和后处理工艺对粉体形貌、粒径分布和团聚状况的影响.结果表明:Al3+浓度为0.8 mol.L-1,氨水pH值为12.0时,可获得粒径为10 nm左右的-γAl2O3纳米粉;聚乙二醇2000可以促使粉体的粒径分布均匀化和抑制颗粒间团聚体的形成;以正丁醇和正己醇的混合溶剂进行异相共沸蒸馏能有效脱除水份和减小干燥过程中的毛细管力,从而获得疏松的前驱体,经900℃煅烧后即得到粒径分布较窄、基本无硬团聚的-γAl2O3纳米粉.
