本实验旨在探讨醋酸棉酚对大白鼠智能的影响。实验是在跳台——电击回避箱内进行的。反映动物学习能力的指标有:条件反射总次数、总反应时及巩固性条件反射顺序号;反映动物记忆能力的指标有:电击次数、总电击时间及24小时后在台上停留时间。实验结果说明,一般抗生育剂量的醋酸棉酚(15mg/kg/日)对动物的学习能力影响不大(P>0.05),而大剂量(加倍剂量)(30mg/kg/日)可使动物的学习能力有不同程度的降低(其中两个指标分别为:P<0.01,P<0.05),在记忆能力方面,显示醋酸棉酚在一般抗生育剂量下,个别指标提示可能有一定促进作用(P<0.01)。
This experiment aimed to investigate the effect of gossypol acetate on the intelligence of rats. Experiments were conducted in the landing-electric shock avoidance box. The indexes reflecting the learning ability of animals include: the total number of conditional reflexes, total response time, and solid conditional reflex sequence numbers; and the indexes reflecting animal memory ability include: the number of electric shocks, the total shock time, and the residence time on the stage after 24 hours. The experimental results show that the general anti-fertility dose of gossypol acetate (15mg/kg/day) has little effect on the learning ability of animals (P>0.05), while large dose (doubled dose) (30mg/kg/day) can make animals The learning ability was reduced to varying degrees (two of these indicators were: P<0.01, P<0.05). In terms of memory ability, gossypol acetic acid was shown to have a certain promoting effect on individual indicator indicators in general antifertility dose ( P<0.01).
