本文提出用盐酸(1:1)直接浸取除金属铁干扰并以三氯化钛滴定过量三价铁来测定低价钛的方法.此法由于消除了干扰,不需分离,而低价钛损失较少,所以其方法快速、简便,准碓性和重现性均较好,比以往的分析方法提高工效2~10倍。适应于攀钢高炉渣及含碳氮化钛低的高钛渣及熔分渣中低价钛(Ti~(2+),Ti~(3+)的分析。Ti~(2+)+Ti~(3+)的相对误差为±3.86%。
In this paper, the method of direct leaching with hydrochloric acid (1: 1) to remove the interference of metallic iron and to titrate excess trivalent iron with titanium trichloride is proposed to determine the method of low-cost titanium because it eliminates the interference and does not require separation. Less loss, so the method is fast, easy, accurate and reproducibility are better than the previous analysis to improve efficiency 2 to 10 times. It is suitable for the analysis of Ti ~ (2 +), Ti ~ (3 +) in low-cost titanium from blast furnace slag and carbonitride- The relative error of ~ (3 +) is ± 3.86%.
