以日本东海道铁路300系列动车用平行万向轴式驱动装置齿轮箱为例,叙述了其轻型化的现状和效果。驱动齿轮箱的主要减重措施是以AC4C铝合金铸造的齿轮箱体代替原用的铸钢箱体,仅此一项可减重约120kg。但箱体改用铝合金后,由于其热膨胀来数比铸钢大1倍,因而容易导致较大的热变形。针对这一问题,采取了抑制润滑油的温升措施。开发了润滑油量自动调节装置。使用这一装置后,不但有效地抑制了润滑油温升,而且可使驱动齿轮箱的耗油量减少20~50%。同时还介绍了实现轻型化的开发技术动向。
Taking Japan Tokaido 300 series railcar universal parallel shaft drive gearbox as an example, the present situation and effect of light weight reduction are described.
