我国著名大地构造学家、中国科学院学部委员陈国达教授在国际矿床大地构造委员会最近举行的一次选举中被选为该委员会副主席。矿床大地构造委员会是国际地科联所属矿床成因协会下属的一个委员会,由美国、苏联等国家的地质学家发起,成立于1972年。该委员会成立后,在进行国际合作,开展成矿大地构造研究 Professor Chen Guoda, a famous tectonist and academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was elected as the vice chairman of the committee during a recent election held by the International Commission on Tectonics and Geotectonics. The deposit Geotectonic Commission is a committee affiliated to the Geological Association of Mineral Deposits of the International Geological Union. It was initiated by geologists in the United States, the Soviet Union and other countries and was established in 1972.
