[目的]指导优秀竞技体操运动员合理膳食和寻找科学的控体重方法。[方法]采用食物称重法和记录法对24名四川省优秀竞技体操运动员进行为期5d的膳食调查,并对其身体成分进行监测。[结果](1)调查对象多种食物、能量、碳水化合物、维生素B1、维生素C、钙、钾、锌、动物源性铁摄入不足,脂肪摄入偏高;碳水化合物供能偏低;女运动员加餐过多。(2)与国内外优秀体操运动员相比,调查对象体脂比较高,基础代谢较低。男运动员的基础代谢率、女运动员的体重、瘦体重、肌肉量均与能量和多种营养素摄入量呈正相关。[结论]四川省优秀竞技体操运动员应合理改进膳食结构,增加碳水化合物、B族维生素和维生素C、钾、钙、锌、镁、磷等营养素的摄入量,减少脂肪摄入量,以达到合理营养和有效控制体重的目的。
[Objective] To guide the elite athletics athletes to rationally diet and find the scientific method of weight control. [Methods] Twenty-four excellent athletes in Sichuan Province were enrolled in a five-day dietary survey by food weighed and recorded method, and their body composition was monitored. [Results] (1) The food intake, energy, carbohydrates, vitamin B1, vitamin C, calcium, potassium, zinc and animal- Female athletes eat too much. (2) Compared with excellent gymnasts both at home and abroad, the body fat of respondents is relatively high and the basal metabolism is low. The basal metabolic rate of male athletes, the weight of female athletes, lean body mass, and muscle mass are all positively correlated with energy and nutrient intake. [Conclusion] Sichuan elite athletes should improve the dietary structure reasonably, increase the intake of carbohydrates, B vitamins and vitamins C, K, Ca, Zn, Mg and P, reduce their fat intake, Reasonable nutrition and effective weight control purposes.
