张可成:国家高级烹调技师、陕西省渭南市三0职业培训中心名誉校长。他是2002年首届首都美食技艺大赛金牌得主,第五届全国烹饪技术大赛银牌得主,中央电视台“满汉全席”全国电视烹饪大赛两连冠擂主,第三届全国电视烹饪大赛北部冠军,2004年国际中餐名厨创新菜品展示铂金奖得主。现为中国名厨专业委员会新星俱乐部会员、中国烹饪协会会员、2004年度全国优秀青年厨师。1990年他到北京学厨,师从中国烹饪大师石万荣先生。他先后在北京电力宾馆、西罗园餐厅、首都师范大学的槐柏饭庄、北京大鸭梨餐饮集团等企业担任主厨及厨师长职务,其中在大鸭梨餐饮集团任厨师长达八年之久,现任北京久久嘉餐饮集团大兴店店长。在2004国际中餐名厨创新菜品展示活动中,他创制的“财鱼宴”引起多家媒体关注,先后被中央电视台、天津电视台、《中国食品》等多家媒体相继报道。
