采用高压液相色谱──电化学检测法测定纹状体内单胺类递质多巴胺及其代谢产物3,4-二羟基苯乙酸、去甲肾上腺素,以研究肾上腺髓质脑内移植后帕金森病(PD)鼠纹状体内部分神经生化改变。结果发现肾上腺髓质脑内移植可以基本矫正PD鼠异常旋转行为、弥补单胺类神经递质缺乏。研究结果提示肾上腺髓质脑内移植后可能与宿主神经组织形成神经再支配,肾上腺髓质脑内移植是治疗PD的较有效的手段。
High-pressure liquid chromatography-electrochemistry detection method was used to determine the monoamine neurotransmitter dopamine and its metabolite 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid and norepinephrine in the striatum to study the effects of intracerebral transplantation of Parkinson’s Partial neurobiochemical changes in the striatum of the disease (PD) in rats. The results showed that the intracerebral transplantation of the adrenal medulla can basically correct the abnormal rotation behavior of PD rats to make up for the lack of monoamine neurotransmitters. The results suggest that the intracerebral transplantation of the adrenal medulla may form nerve re-dominance with the nerve tissue of the host, and transplantation of the adrenal medulla is an effective method for the treatment of PD.
