战略联盟是现代企业竞争的产物,最早由美国DEC公司总裁简·霍普兰德和管理学家罗杰·奈杰尔提出。它是指两个或两个以上的经济实体为了实现特定的战略目标而采取的任何股权或非股权形式的共担风险、共享利益的长期联合与合作协议。它可以表现为正式的合资企业,即两家或两家以上的企业共同出资并且享有企业的股东权益;成者表现为短期的契约性协议,即两家公司同意就某项课题,例如开发基种新产品等问题进行的合作。战略联盟是各企业在追求长期竞争优势过程中为达到阶段性企业目标而与其他企业的结盟,通过相互交换互补
