随着信息技术的不断发展,大数据的概念已经被人们所熟知。而大数据的应用也逐步渗入到了人们生活的方方面面。在这一背景下,大数据在企业人力资源管理方面的运用,也为企业人力资源管理模式的创新提供了条件。本文主要从四个方面介绍大数据在企业人力资源模式创新中的积极作用。
With the continuous development of information technology, the concept of big data has been well known. The application of big data has gradually infiltrated all aspects of people’s lives. In this context, the use of big data in human resources management in enterprises also provides conditions for the innovation of human resources management mode in enterprises. This article mainly introduces the positive role of big data in the innovation of enterprise human resources mode from four aspects.
