[目的]针对传统溶剂的替代,开发模拟计算的方法,用于农药制剂配方中溶剂的快速筛选。[方法]引入Hansen溶解度参数的概念,结合理论计算和半经验的方法筛选出可能适合的溶剂范围。再通过手工验证的方法,从待选溶剂中优选出适用于农药配方的溶剂。[结果]利用该方法成功开发了9%吡虫啉乳油配方,满足标准硬水20倍稀释的要求。[结论]溶剂模拟计算法与试验结果具有高度匹配性,结合手工验证方法,可提高配方的开发效率。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to develop a method for simulating the traditional solvent substitution and to find a rapid screening method for the solvent in the pesticide formulation. [Method] The concept of Hansen solubility parameter was introduced. The range of solvents that might be suitable was screened by theoretical calculation and semi-empirical method. Then by hand to verify the method, from the solvent to be selected from the solvent suitable for pesticide formulations. [Result] The formula of 9% imidacloprid EC was successfully developed to meet the requirement of 20 times dilution of standard hard water. [Conclusion] The solvent simulation method is highly compatible with the experimental results. Combined with the manual verification method, the formulation development efficiency can be improved.
