First, the data and methods 1995 March March 1997 outpatient or inpatient respiratory tract infection in 512 cases. Aged 3 months to 75 years old. Throat swabs (450), sputum (121) or blood (42) were taken at the initial visit. According to age, there are 205 cases in juvenile group (3 months to 13 years old), 112 cases in middle-aged and young group (14 ~ 44 years old)
