目的进一步调查掌握徽州区螺情现状,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法根据徽州区历史血吸虫病流行情况和近年来残存螺点分布特点确定调查点,对调查点范围内的可疑环境采取环境抽样结合系统抽样法进行调查,并对所得数据进行统计分析。结果共调查了3个乡镇、12个行政村,投工319人次,调查面积529.89 hm2。结果查出4个有螺行政村,5个残存螺点,面积2.44 hm2,钉螺密度最大为283只/0.1 m2。共检获钉螺4 303只,压片镜检1 534只,未发现感染性钉螺。结论徽州区螺情仍不稳定,北干渠水系是螺情监测的重点区域。
Objective To further investigate and grasp the current situation of snail in Huizhou area and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control. Methods According to the prevalence of schistosomiasis in history in Huizhou District and the distribution characteristics of residual snail spots in recent years, the survey sites were determined by environmental sampling and systematic sampling method. The data were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 3 townships and 12 administrative villages were surveyed with 319 people engaged in the project. The survey area was 529.89 hm2. Results A total of 4 snail villages were found, with 5 surviving snails with an area of 2.44 hm2 and a maximum snail density of 283 /0.1 m2. A total of 4 303 snails were seized and 1 534 pellets were examined by microscopy. Infectious snails were not found. Conclusions The snail in Huizhou area is still unstable. The water system in the north channel is the key area for monitoring the snail.
