为明晰农用航空植保技术创新现状、特点及发展趋势,以农用航空植保技术专利信息为研究对象,利用专利计量分析方法和可视化分析工具,从专利申请量、专利结构、专利权人分布、技术关键和核心专利等角度对相关专利进行统计分析及比较研究。分析表明,农用航空植保技术创新活动发展迅速,2009—2013年,专利申请量年均增长率达96.5%;专利类别以实用新型和发明专利为主,实用新型占比66%,发明占比31%,企业和科研院所构成该领域创新主体,技术研发重点集中于B64D和B64C等国际专利分类(IPC)小类,现阶段尚缺乏有竞争力的核心专利。应规避专利较集中的技术,防止重复研究,重点提高专利质量,加强专利全球布局。
