本文收集了197例330幅二次重建图象(SIR)进行分析,对177例进行了随访并设置无SIR组120例比较,统计学处理后SIR组的定性率仅提高了0.75%(P>0.05);而定位率确提高了12.31%(P<0.01),有显著差异,头部和胸部意义最大;总结SIR的临床应用价值:1、提高病灶定位准确性;2、更有利观察病灶的纵形形态和密度分布情况;3、了解病灶的毗邻关系以利治疗(特别是手术);4、弥补其它影像手段的不足;5、完善CT自身三维立体空间概念,使横断信息发挥余热;6、有助于临床医师对CT图象的理解。
This article collected 197 cases of 330 reconstructed images (SIR) were analyzed, 177 cases were followed up and set 120 cases without SIR group, the statistical treatment of SIR group, the qualitative rate increased by only 0.75% ( P> 0.05). However, the localization rate was increased by 12.31% (P <0.01), with significant difference in head and chest meaning. The clinical value of SIR was summarized as follows: 1. ; 2, more favorable observation of longitudinal shape and density distribution of the lesion; 3, to understand the adjacent lesions to facilitate the treatment (especially surgery); 4, to make up for the lack of other imaging means; 5, to improve the concept of CT three-dimensional space , So that the information cross-play waste heat; 6, to help clinicians understand the CT images.
