支气管哮喘是一种呼吸道慢性炎症性疾患,发病与Th1/Th2型细胞因子比例失衡密切相关。白细胞介素5(IL-5)是哮喘炎症中关键的Th2型细胞因子,GATA结合蛋白3(GATA-3)是能调控Th2细胞因子合成的Th2特异性转录因子。IL-5的表达与GATA-3的表达变化密切相关,且IL-5、GATA-3可调节哮喘中多种炎症基因的表达,为哮喘治疗提供了新的治疗靶点。现就IL-5、GATA-3的生物学功能及其与哮喘的关系、在哮喘治疗等方面近年的进展进行综述。
Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the respiratory tract, the incidence is closely related to the imbalance of Th1 / Th2 type cytokines. Interleukin 5 (IL-5) is a key Th2-type cytokine in asthmatic inflammation and GATA-3 is a Th2-specific transcription factor that regulates the synthesis of Th2 cytokines. The expression of IL-5 is closely related to the change of GATA-3 expression. IL-5 and GATA-3 can regulate the expression of many inflammatory genes in asthma and provide a new therapeutic target for the treatment of asthma. Now on the biological function of IL-5, GATA-3 and its relationship with asthma, in recent years, advances in the treatment of asthma are reviewed.
